Had an amazing time at Roatan thanks to Cynthia, our guide, at Tucan Adventures. We were given a tour of the island followed by time at the animal park where we had an an opportunity to take pictures with the monkeys and sloths. This was followed by an ATV tour that took place on a trail rather than in the street like some other tours. Finally a beach break in West Bay and a quick pit stop for some fresh fruit before getting us back to the ship on time. Would not hesitate to book with Tucan Adventures again. Cynthia started us out at the chocolate factory, how can you go wrong there! Then it was on to an art exhibit where they made tons of stuff from everything and anything that needed a second chance in life. Next the highlight, specially if you have little ones. Sloths, small monkeys and beautiful Tucans and Parrots.  Lots of pictures with the animals and they are presently building a bigger facility. Rumor has it that it's quite crowded if there's a cruise in town.

We toured a couple of typical Roatan villages both from different cultures.  Ended with lunch at the Snapper Restsurant.  Very good Roatanian cuisine!

Cinthia is an amazing tour guide! We didn’t plan on taking any tour, but decided to do it at the last moment. We were staying at Mr. Tucán Hotel and asked the receptionist about it and she connected us with Cinthia. It was a great tour of the Island, she has such a great positive energy, my wife and I really enjoyed, and plus she is a great photographer as well. We recommend her without any hesitation. I contacted Cynthia because I wanted to go on a snorkling tour and she replied within minutes. Let alone 1 hour later I was onboard with Alfredo and his brother Ronaldo who took me to the blue channel to snorkle. A perfect place, swam after an turtle and endless species of fish.
