We had a great fabulous time, where did the two snorkeling spots, they where not in the exact location , but we did blue channel. The operator very organized, the driver was great and waiting for us and took us places. The Snorkeling people were great too, they gave us fruit. We booked with Toucan Tours Roatan before going on a cruise with a srop in Roatan. From the detailed instructions for when we docked at port, to the amazing experiences we had on our tour, we had a beautiful time. Samantha at Toucan Tours is AMAZING! Sje took such great care of us. Booked a private tour for our family of 7 in august 2026. Communication was fast and good well before the tour. The pick up at our cruise port went very well, as described. Our tour had 3 stops on schedule, but our driver/guide (Allen) nicely drove us to a spot we wanted to add. Allen was nice and helpful, giving us informations all tour long. 3 stop snorkel tour was phenomenal.  I booked through the site, going off of reviews. We had Diana as our driver and host around Roatán, and she was such a delight and made the island feel like home. The 3 stop snorkel was beautiful, you get to see very different portions of the reef, and how diverse the aquatic life is. We even had additional time with Diana and wandered off to see more of this beautiful island including chocolate, coffee and authentic food. Great tour with Alfredo who was professional , knowledgeable and friendly . He was patient with all my requests and our timing. He also bought us some delicious cinnamon buns and amazing painting chips ! He was at airport ready to pick us up with our name on white board which we found him immediately upon exiting airport. Only dislike was that I contacted company several times to confirm pick up and took several calls and texts on what’s app and then I finally got a hold of someone so that was only issue I wasn’t happy with the day before leaving.

My wife and I can’t say enough good stuff about our driver, David. Very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and just an overall great guy. If we ever come back to Roatan, we will be asking for him again. We went to the sloth and monkey park, snorkeling at West Bay Beach, and hung out at West Bay. It was an amazing experience all around. Cynthia was by far one of the best guides I’ve ever had while traveling. She is fun, helpful in all situations and most importantly, has great communication! The van was well air conditioned and we could even choose our own tunes! Make sure to follow the directions to where to meet - they were well written and concise. Oh, and remember your beach towel. Thank got for the instructions — they tell you everything you need to know. Thank you again Cynthia!
