Cruise ship guest

First, we’ll pick you up at your cruise ship port in a private vehicle, whether it’s Mahogany Bay Port or Town Center Coxen Hole. Our staff will be waiting outside the gate with a sign that says ‘Roatan Tucan Adventures’.

Hotel guest

If you’re staying at a hotel or resort on Roatan or if you’re visiting the island, we’ve got you covered. We’ll pick you up right from your hotel’s lobby or wherever you are on the island. It’s super easy and hassle-free. Our packages are also designed for you.

EAST END ISLAND DISCOVERY

Explore the East End of Roatan, a stunning and less-explored area with lots of culture and history. Join us on a scenic mountain tour with amazing views, passing through local communities. This route is great for those who love soaking up local vibes and history.

We’ll also visit Punta Gorda, a famous Garifuna community. Try their special dish ‘Machuca’ at a local restaurant and enjoy many more tasty local foods. Then, off to Oak Ridge, Roatan’s Small Venice, where a new adventure begins.

VISIT DANIEL JOHNSON MONKEY-SLOTH PARK

During this activity, you’ll have the chance to get close to sloths, monkeys, colorful macaws, and other birds, allowing you to interact directly with the animals. Our personal guide will share information about these animals and their habitats as you approach them, take excellent photos, and learn about them. The tour lasts about 40 minutes.

TURTLE SANCTUARY

Explore the Turtle Sanctuary, where you’ll discover cool facts about turtles, feed them, and spot big fish swimming nearby. It’s an awesome experience with marine wonders!

DROP OFF

Timely and Convenient Return to the Port

After your Excursion, we’ll take you back to the port with plenty of time before your cruise departs. We’ll leave you inside the port and make sure everything is in order before saying goodbye. Our goal is to provide a smooth and worry-free return, so you can relax and enjoy your trip.

PICKUP DETAILS

If you arrive at Mahogany Bay on a cruise ship, it’s about a 15-minute, 0.75-mile walk from the port to our meeting point. Our attentive staff will be waiting just below after you pass the gate. Look for our friendly staff holding a Roatan Tucan Adventures sign at the entrance.

If your cruise ship arrives at the Town Center Port in Coxen Hole, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the exit gate. Our attentive staff will be waiting just outside the gate with a Roatan Tucan Adventures sign. We’re committed to making your arrival smooth so you can start your adventure with us right away!

When your cruise arrives, please come to us within 40 minutes after getting off the ship. Being on time helps us give you a great experience with Roatan Tucan Adventures. We had a great fabulous time, where did the two snorkeling spots, they where not in the exact location , but we did blue channel. The operator very organized, the driver was great and waiting for us and took us places. The Snorkeling people were great too, they gave us fruit.

The pick up at our cruise port went very well, as described. Our tour had 3 stops on schedule, but our driver/guide (Allen) nicely drove us to a spot we wanted to add.

We had Diana as our driver and host around Roatán, and she was such a delight and made the island feel like home. The 3 stop snorkel was beautiful, you get to see very different portions of the reef, and how diverse the aquatic life is. We even had additional time with Diana and wandered off to see more of this beautiful island including chocolate, coffee and authentic food. I could not recommend her enough and will absolutely request her again because I will 100% be back to Roatán and book with this tour.

He also bought us some delicious cinnamon buns and amazing painting chips ! He was at airport ready to pick us up with our name on white board which we found him immediately upon exiting airport.

Only dislike was that I contacted company several times to confirm pick up and took several calls and texts on what’s app and then I finally got a hold of someone so that was only issue I wasn’t happy with the day before leaving.

Very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and just an overall great guy. If we ever come back to Roatan, we will be asking for him again. The van was well air conditioned and we could even choose our own tunes!

Make sure to follow the directions to where to meet - they were well written and concise. Oh, and remember your beach towel. Thank got for the instructions — they tell you everything you need to know.
