PICK UP
Cruise ship guest
First, we’ll pick you up at your cruise ship port in a private vehicle, whether it’s Mahogany Bay Port or Town Center Coxen Hole. Our staff will be waiting outside the gate with a sign that says ‘Roatan Tucan Adventures’.
Hotel guest
If you’re staying at a hotel or resort on Roatan or if you’re visiting the island, we’ve got you covered. We’ll pick you up right from your hotel’s lobby or wherever you are on the island. It’s super easy and hassle-free. Our packages are also designed for you.
EAST END ISLAND DISCOVERY
Explore the East End of Roatan, a stunning and less-explored area with lots of culture and history. Join us on a scenic mountain tour with amazing views, passing through local communities. This route is great for those who love soaking up local vibes and history.
We’ll also visit Punta Gorda, a famous Garifuna community. Try their special dish ‘Machuca’ at a local restaurant and enjoy many more tasty local foods. Then, off to Oak Ridge, Roatan’s Small Venice, where a new adventure begins.
VISIT DANIEL JOHNSON MONKEY-SLOTH PARK
During this activity, you’ll have the chance to get close to sloths, monkeys, colorful macaws, and other birds, allowing you to interact directly with the animals. Our personal guide will share information about these animals and their habitats as you approach them, take excellent photos, and learn about them. The tour lasts about 40 minutes.
MANGROVE TUNNELS EXCURSION
Explore the Mangrove Tour in the charming Venice of Oak Ridge. Learn about the community perched above the sea on houses. Experience history and hop on a local water taxi for a ride to the mangrove tunnel, existing for thousands of years. Take in breathtaking views, spot flying birds, and see herons in the water. The tour is a short and sweet 40 minutes.
TURTLE SANCTUARY
Explore the Turtle Sanctuary, where you’ll discover cool facts about turtles, feed them, and spot big fish swimming nearby. It’s an awesome experience with marine wonders!

Timely and Convenient Return to the Port
After your Excursion, we’ll take you back to the port with plenty of time before your cruise departs. We’ll leave you inside the port and make sure everything is in order before saying goodbye. Our goal is to provide a smooth and worry-free return, so you can relax and enjoy your trip.
PICKUP DETAILS
If you arrive at Mahogany Bay on a cruise ship, it’s about a 15-minute, 0.75-mile walk from the port to our meeting point. Our attentive staff will be waiting just below after you pass the gate. Look for our friendly staff holding a Roatan Tucan Adventures sign at the entrance.
If your cruise ship arrives at the Town Center Port in Coxen Hole, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the exit gate. Our attentive staff will be waiting just outside the gate with a Roatan Tucan Adventures sign. We’re committed to making your arrival smooth so you can start your adventure with us right away!
When your cruise arrives, please come to us within 40 minutes after getting off the ship. Being on time helps us give you a great experience with Roatan Tucan Adventures.
