Pickup details
Your meeting time is one hour after your ship docks. Ship time and local time may differ, so go by the one-hour-after-docking rule rather than the clock.
If your ship’s arrival changes, your meeting time will adjust to one hour after docking.
You’re welcome to meet us earlier if you disembark sooner – our representatives will already be there.
If disembarking takes longer, don’t worry: our team will wait for you.
Meeting point
How to find us
Our meeting point is outside the port's security gate.
- Walk through the Shopping Center.
- Exit through the Covered Gangway, where you’ll find the Carnival taxis and buses.
- Turn left when you reach the road and walk uphill to the Security Gate.
- Walk down the small hill. At the bottom you’ll see our staff holding a sign that says “ROATAN TUCAN ADVENTURES”.
