Payment Options at Roatan Tucan Adventures
At Roatan Tucan Adventures, we offer various payment options for your convenience and security. You can choose the one that suits you best:
- Deposit Option (35%): Secure your booking with a 35% deposit, which can be paid via credit card, debit card, or PayPal. The remaining balance is due upon arrival in Roatán. All payments are processed securely and protected.
Refund Policy
We want your experience with Roatan Tucan Adventures to be worry-free. That’s why we offer clear and transparent refund options:
100% Refund Eligibility
You will receive a full refund under the following conditions:
- Ship Does Not Dock: If your ship is unable to dock in Roatán, we will provide a full refund.
- Cancellation 24 Hours Prior: If you need to cancel your tour, you may do so at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
- Health-Related Issues: A full refund will be provided for health reasons with a valid letter from the ship’s doctor.
Non-Refundable Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made on the day of the tour. However, in cases of health-related cancellations, we will refund the deposit if an official medical certificate from the ship’s doctor is provided.
