First, we’ll pick you up at your cruise ship port in a private vehicle, whether it’s Mahogany Bay Port or Town Center Coxen Hole. Our staff will be waiting outside the gate with a sign that says ‘Roatan Tucan Adventures’.
Hotel guest
If you’re staying at a hotel or resort on Roatan or if you’re visiting the island, we’ve got you covered. We’ll pick you up right from your hotel’s lobby or wherever you are on the island. It’s super easy and hassle-free. Our packages are also designed for you.
WEST BAY BEACHYou will receive a wristband granting access to Infinity Bay Beach Resort on West Bay Beach, where you can enjoy exceptional comfort and attention throughout your beach day. The day pass provides access to a private infinity pool, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a beachfront restaurant, and a beach bar ready to serve you. Relax with all the comforts you desire, including fresh-water showers and restrooms. When you’re ready, we will ensure you return to your ship on time, according to its schedule.
DROP OFFTimely and Convenient Return to the Port
After your Excursion, we’ll take you back to the port with plenty of time before your cruise departs. We’ll leave you inside the port and make sure everything is in order before saying goodbye. Our goal is to provide a smooth and worry-free return, so you can relax and enjoy your trip.
PICKUP DETAILSIf you arrive at Mahogany Bay on a cruise ship, it’s about a 15-minute, 0.75-mile walk from the port to our meeting point. Our attentive staff will be waiting just below after you pass the gate. Look for our friendly staff holding a Roatan Tucan Adventures sign at the entrance.
If your cruise ship arrives at the Town Center Port in Coxen Hole, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the exit gate. Our attentive staff will be waiting just outside the gate with a Roatan Tucan Adventures sign. We’re committed to making your arrival smooth so you can start your adventure with us right away!
When your cruise arrives, please come to us within 40 minutes after getting off the ship. Being on time helps us give you a great experience with Roatan Tucan Adventures. Secure your booking with a 35% deposit, which can be paid via credit card, debit card, or PayPal. The remaining balance is due upon arrival in Roatán. All payments are processed securely and protected.
